Built in North Point, focused on substance

Driftmind opened in 2018 when its founders — veterans of enterprise technology and data engineering — noticed a pattern among Hong Kong businesses: interest in AI was high, but most organisations lacked someone willing to have an honest conversation about what their data and infrastructure could actually support.

We set out to be that conversation partner. Not to sell a platform or push a preferred vendor, but to help businesses understand their own processes more clearly, then determine where AI can contribute something meaningful.

The three services we offer today reflect the questions we hear most often: "How do our operations actually compare to how we think they run?", "How do we manage recruitment at scale without compromising fairness?", and "Are we technically ready to pursue AI at all?" These are genuinely useful questions, and we've developed rigorous ways to answer them.

Our team remains small by choice. Every engagement involves senior practitioners — no junior analysts completing templates. When you work with Driftmind, you work with people who have done this before and will be direct with you throughout.

Every engagement begins with a mutual confidentiality agreement. Client data is never used for purposes beyond the stated engagement scope.

PDPO compliance

All work complies with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We can accommodate additional compliance requirements on request.

Bias testing protocols

For recruitment AI, we apply structured bias evaluation at development and post-deployment stages. Results are documented and shared with clients.

Fixed-scope delivery
